Creche
Hive India strongly believes in early intervention with regards to child development process. So it keenly supports the children under 5 years with its crèches. These crèches operate 5 days a week for 6 hours a day which caters to about 100 children from marginalized families. The method of joyful learning and natural development process is followed here. High quality nutritional support is also provided to them. The child health development is related with good practices of positive health and hygiene. The growth pattern of all the children is also monitored by doctor and health workers. Special nutritional arrangements are made for undernourished children. The mental health experts also help the children to combat with real life trauma.
Coaching centers
Coaching centers: Presently 300 children from different slums and street communities attend the after-school coaching classes. These children are attending the govt. sponsored primary and secondary schools. All sort of mainstreaming support like admission fees, books and exercise copies, stationeries, school bags, uniform are provided through this education project. The nutritional support also plays a vital role in their physical and psychological well-being. Additionally, they are encouraged to participate in various socio-cultural activities and outings at different times of the year. Festival dresses are also given to them during the season
